Instead of looking at each issue and/or comorbidity separately, we will take a whole body systems approach to your health and wellness. Based on your needs and health goals, you will be ‘prescribed’ holistic and sustainable protocols that include nutrient rich foods, lifestyle interventions, supplements as needed and further evaluation with functional labs as appropriate. These protocols will take into account your lifestyle and will be realistic for your current chapter of life.
Follow-ups are important for continuation of care. Changing your lifestyle can be difficult and being able to discuss your wins and challenges is imperative to long lasting change in your physical and mental health.
